BRIEF HISTORY ANALOGY OF DECEPTION AND BELIEF
A continued study on the reality of wars of mankind.
We teeter on the brink of WWIII…is anyone asking why?
The greatest dilemma facing mankind today is delusion. Recognizing and dealing with personal delusion is the hardest of all human endeavors (ask any recovering alcoholic). Dealing with it as a world society appears to be impossible or is it? This is an analogy of delusion. To me…this issue is like struggling to figure out how to fix credit card debt, not realizing it is the spending that is creating the problem. This analogy cuts to the bone of the real reason for our worldwide calamities.
As the human race we hold ourselves in high esteem. We believe ourselves to be evolved and possibly the only creatures of true intelligence in the Universe. If this be true; how then is it possible that we have so much poverty, ignorance, war, genocide, bigotry and hatred? Many view these things as bad or evil but how many truly work to realize and understand the true reasons for why they still exist? It has become obvious that we simply ‘do not realize why’… this the reason we cannot put a stop to war and hatred…we simply don’t know how. What other reason could there be?
Of course there are many reasons for bigotry and war. But the most obvious cause of past and present war and holocaust has been arguments over Gods, morality and religion. Or were the real reasons for these wars hidden ‘behind the assertion’ that they were over Gods, morality and religion? What truly promotes people to stand behind ( active or passive) in support of wars and genocide?
As with all things in the Universe, belief has a duality of both good and bad. It has become obvious that belief has been horribly abused to create bad. This analogy will be an overview of the negative side. In my continued quest to realize and deal with the continuation of mankind’s 10,000 year war against himself “I” have realized that belief is at the very heart of every war and holocaust. My hope is for mankind…my reason for writing.
Do we, as a world population, truly understand the immense power of belief? Do we realize the impact of belief? Do we realize the impact of it in our daily life and decision making? Do we TRULY understand what belief is or the impact it has in our brain?
Do the Elite leaders of the ancient and new world realize the power of belief? YES…they do know its power and how to manipulate with it. Until we learn to realize we have been deceived and CONvinced to believe in lies for power and control the world condition will never change. What are these lies we believe in?
Webster: Belief: a feeling of being sure that someone or something exists or that something is true: a feeling that something is good, right, or valuable : a feeling of trust in the worth or ability of someone; [ I feel God so I “know” he is real.]
1: a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing
2: something believed; especially : a tenet or body of tenets held by a group
3: conviction of the truth of some statement or the reality of some being or phenomenon especially when based on examination of evidence
Possible, probable, theory, knowing, trust, faith, understanding, opinion, fantasy, visions, hallucinations, paranoia, fear, anger, hate, pareidolia, death, life, religious or supremest entitlement: These are common words and events used every day by all of us. Strangely, they all are based in the same thing…belief. If you took away belief…these words would not exist.
We “believe” in these imaginary words and we profess to ‘know’ them as reality. But in truth…they are imagination invented. Our brain creates these beliefs and emotions for us because this is what we program our brain to do. We assume/presume to “know” these things so we “believe” them to be real.
From our imagination and beliefs…we build our world and personal reality.
The strangest phenomena of mankind (to me) is how can a truly intelligent, one of a kind being, believe that anything unsubstantiated…is truly real and reality? Yet this is a process we all repeat many times every day…believing without any valid reason for it in reality.
We can believe that something or someone is honest and true. But does that mean it ‘IS’ true? And how often has our/your beliefs been shattered by reality? A person may hold an idea or ideal so valuable that they “want” it to be true; so they believe that it is…this becoming their reality and whoa to the person that attempts to change their belief.
If a person attempts to change a person’s belief, it is taken as an attack on the believer personally…because the belief is held so deeply it penetrates the very fabric of a believer’s reality perception. The person becomes the belief and does not see himself apart from his belief con-victions. This is power. Hold a man’s beliefs…and you hold the man. All authoritarians and theologians know this.
I abhor deception stratagems…even if a person is doing it to themselves. Belief is a slippery slope that ranges from a belief that has some facts or real merits (science uses hypothesis and theory) to the belief that is simply faith and “feelings” that something is real. How do we separate facts from fantasy beliefs?
Belief is often a…FALSE KNOWING.
Simply put…man believes what he wants to believe, what he “feels” he knows is true. He will believe what makes him the most comfortable or what will enrich his life or what he hopes will one day be true or should be true. Men do good for two reasons: 1. The good reason 2. The real reason. Knowing the real reason takes discernment, logic and intellect…this protecting a person for delusion and abuse…even from himself.
A person can believe in what is true. But often we believe in what is ‘not known to be true’ and profess it as true and real. The greatest danger of a ‘false knowing’ is that it freezes the mind, against anything that attempts to challenge or change it. People in a belief state will reject violently any information or even facts that may disprove or change their belief. This the greatest evil power of belief…the freezing and closing of the logical intellectual mind. This is professing ‘willful ignorance’ in the face of fact and it promotes great anger, rage and hate in the believer against his truthful antagonist.
This ability to resist proof or truth is considered a great rite of passage to fanatical fundamental religious believers worldwide. And the believer will attack those that refuse to accept his belief as true.
Many will take this a step further. They will be so utterly CONvinced that their belief is true, that they expect ‘all others’ to accept it as real also. Some will go even further and promote belief with threats, dispersion, bigotry, violence, hatred, murder, war and genocide; all of this coming from imagination…not reality. This the belief area I am most interested in changing.
Does belief create reality? It most certainly will; especially when it promotes ‘entitlements’ to ‘religiously legalize’ supremacy, hate, bigotry, war and genocide.
I was a part of this delusion. Through great effort and suffering, I have learned to not use these words of imagination. And when they come to my mouth, I now realize that I am about to spew opinion as reality. Simply put…there is NO KNOWING…in belief because it is an imagined knowing.
It may seem a small thing but promoting imaginary fantasy as reality… has created an imaginary reality and true hell on earth! This truly is no small thing! The empirically tested results have been documented at noisome for over 10,000 years. At issue is that it is STILL being documented. More so each day. Why is this being accepted as a normal part of our humanity?
How do we stop war? We must first stop the insanity in our brains, so we have the power of true intellect/discernment to work with in our problem solving analyzation. THEN we can work to stop the insanity existing in the world promoted by faults beliefs. Imagining continued violence, religious dictatorships and war as the answer; is delusional insanity in its purest form.
There is NOTHING more powerful than belief over the mind and body. Belief has the power to create anything good or bad in the world of mankind. But it has replaced twisted the power of love; this the most dangerous of all. Using belief for evil…not for the good of mankind but claim it IS for the good of mankind. Belief ‘entitlements’ are the most heinous. Some believe that anyone of a non-belief or dissimilar belief are heathen, inhuman, evil monsters; this religious bigotry and racism promoting ‘religious justified’ rape, murder, torture and genocide; this the most horrific example of twisted neurotic delusional criminal belief insanity. The belief “invention of imaginary enemies” simply because the do not share in certain beliefs.
The power of intellect:
My most earnest question is…when will we learn to realize and control our imaginary beliefs? Is it possible that belief is uncontrollable? I don’t think so; Imagination is controllable. However, imagination must first be realized and then controlled with the mind of intellect. How do we produce/develop this “mind of intellect” in all of mankind is my passion to achieve. How do we, as a collective, become more logical in our life choices, in politics and governments, even in religions?
Intellect is the ONLY power that can control the power of imagination and faults belief.
How strange that they put a ‘lie’ in the middle of belief. Was this meant as a subliminal warning?
In retrospect; without belief: Would there be any fear, governments, religions, gods, genocides or wars?
I’m not interested in trimming the tree of delusion. I want to blow the leaves clean off leaving the bare bones for all to see. And then take a shovel to its roots!!
